I loved that they were available when I needed them. They solved the problem quickly. And they didn't cost an arm and a leg. The technician was polite and efficient.
System showed low flame sense on the control board. Cleaned flame sensor; issue corrected. System operating with in optimal parameters.
The system was not starting and we found a bad fuse. We replaced the 3A fuse on the Air Handler board. We then checked the amp draw of all fans and compressor.
Removed and replaced 60x5 MFD
HVAC Service Call/ Removed and replaced 1/4 hp 825 and fan motor 7.5 MFD Capacitor
Checked Amp Draw on both AC units. Washed out condenser coils. Checked pressures. Upstairs AC unit looks good. Cleaned out drains. Downstairs AC unit compressor probably will go out, it's hard to say when.
Air Filter replaced, Drain cleaned, capacitor checked. Also checked Amp draw of compressor and ODF and pressures. Cleaned Condenser coil on the AC Unit
