AHU receiving improper supply voltage. The fan motor/transformer tested electrically correct, and no apparent fault in AHU. Let them know that they needed to get an electrician out there to correct the supply voltage to unit to correct the issue.
We checked the Goodman A/C system and found that the drain was stopped up and the secondary pan was full of water. We removed the water and blew out the primary drain.

Cleaned out drain assembly on Goodman A/C system
Checked Goodman 5Ton Central AC System. Found system 5LB'S low on R-22 freon. Did leak check on Indoor and Outdoor units. Found Inside A-Coil leaking freon in several places. Needs to be replaced.
Removed & Replaced 1/3 HP 1075 Condenser Fan Motor -7.5 MFD Cap.
Tied in Freon Lines to senville mini split heat pump system. Pressure checked system, pulled vacuum and started up system.
Checked Trane Central Cooling System. Checked Outside Unit Freon, Amp Draw and capacitor (all ok). Checked Indoor Unit, found drain stopped up causing outdoor unit not to come on. Cleaned out drain assembly.
